Rische Group’s comprehensive redesign included transitioning to an open-plan layout that maximised natural light and incorporated ergonomic furniture. The transformation centered around three key elements:

Innovative Meeting Spaces
Recognising the importance of collaboration, we designed multiple meeting rooms varying in size and functionality. These spaces feature sound-dampening materials, integrated technology for seamless presentations, and glass partitions that maintain visual connectivity while providing acoustic privacy. Each room was strategically positioned to be accessible yet undisruptive to the main workspace, enabling teams to collaborate effectively without disturbing colleagues.

Sustainable Design Elements
Environmental responsibility was integrated throughout, most notably in the kitchen area where recycled corrugated steel was repurposed as a striking ceiling feature. This industrial-chic element not only created visual interest but demonstrated CLV’s commitment to sustainability. The textured metal contrasted beautifully with the smooth surfaces below, creating a dynamic visual experience while reducing the project’s environmental footprint.

Revitalised Breakout Space
The carefully designed breakout area includes comfortable seating options, recreational amenities, and a calming aesthetic that serves as a sanctuary within the office.

Results

The completed office has significantly improved workplace morale and efficiency. CLV’s team now enjoys a space that balances functionality with inspiration, featuring thoughtful touches that reflect their organisational values. The modern meeting rooms have enhanced collaboration, while sustainable elements like the recycled steel ceiling demonstrate innovation and environmental consciousness.
